Deluxe Inner-City Apartment on Moray

Spent a cozy,comfortable weekend in this hidden gem Positive: The Apartment was cozy,comfortable,warm and tucked away in a convenient location close to a supermarket and downtown Dunedin.It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The balcony which includes an outdoor heater,table and seating was a bonus. Negative: Had no car so can’t comment on parking facilities.Weather was good so external stairs were fine and lit at night.Internal staircase had a handrail on one side but was open on the other so care needs to be taken when using.

Positive: Nice location and facilities. Negative: Very noisy air conditioner units surrounding the unit. No mention of the 4 flights of stairs or narrow parking access

Ok but didn’t like the parking or the stairs to the apartment or bedroom Positive: I liked the outdoor seating area Negative: We were given two different numbers. One by booking.com which was incorrect and one by the host

Central, clean and comfortable Positive: Great central location with off street parking. Spacious and comfortable.

Private and quiet central location with secure parking Positive: Central location, private, quiet, spacious, secure parking very good (the parking instructions felt quite intimidating initially but actually it was fine - would have struggled with a wider vehicle though) Negative: The apt was very stylish but we found the lighting very fiddly - loads of tiny switches grouped together with microscopic labels meant a lot of trial and error in the dark (and in the light)
